"Delivery was much slower than expected"
I ordered from limolin.com and the shipping took way longer than I’m used to with other online shops. The lack of clear updates made it even more frustrating because I wasn’t sure when it would actually arrive. Compared to places that give steady tracking and quicker delivery, this felt disappointing. I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something within a reasonable timeframe.

"Umm, I ordered based on their size chart..."
Umm, I ordered based on their size chart and it still came out wrong. The measurements on the site didn’t really match what I received at all. It was too small in some areas and loose in others, which was frustrating. not worth the hassle.

"Return Was a Hassle"
The return process was kind of a pain. I sent everything back and followed the steps, but... yeah, my refund still hasn’t shown up. It’s been frustrating having to wait and not really know what’s going on.

"Frustrating experience with barely any updates"
I was really disappointed with how the communication went. I kept expecting someone to keep me in the loop, but most of the time I was just waiting around with no updates. In the end, I had to keep chasing them myself, which got frustrating. When I did get replies, they were slow and didn’t really help much. The whole experience ended up feeling way more stressful and annoying than it needed to be.

"Color wasn’t quite what I expected"
I ordered this because the photos made it look like a soft beige, kind of neutral and easy to match. But when it arrived, it was more yellow-ish and a bit darker than I thought it would be. The style itself was fine, like not bad, but the color just didn’t really match what I saw on the site. Maybe it’s the lighting in the pictures or something, I don’t know. Still, it was disappointing. I probably wouldn’t buy again unless they add more realistic photos.

"That chemical smell was way too much"
As soon as I opened it, the chemical smell hit me hard. I figured I’d just let it air out for a bit, but even after days, it was still off-gassing like crazy and actually gave me a headache. Give me a break, I couldn’t even keep it in the room, let alone use it. Disappointed with Limolin and I wouldn’t order from them again.

"Not quite what I expected"

"Looks fine, but kinda frustrating to use"
The site looks okay, but using it was a bit annoying. Pages were loading slow for me, and I felt like I had to click around way too much just to find basic info. It’d be a lot better if things were more simple and easier to get to

"Bad first impression and a pain to clean"
This gave me a bad first impression right away. It looked like it would be easy enough to take care of, but cleaning it has been annoying. Stains don’t come off easily, and I feel like I’m constantly having to scrub at it. Not really what I was hoping for.

"Delivery Scheduling Could’ve Been Better"
Ordering was fine, no real issues there. But the delivery appointment options were limited, which was super convenient if your entire day magically revolves around waiting for a delivery. I couldn’t choose a time that worked with my work schedule, so figuring it out was more annoying than it needed to be.

"I expected this to be better based..."
I expected this to be better based on the photos. It looked decent online, but once it arrived, it just felt cheap. The seams were messy, the material was really thin, and after using it once, it already looked worn out. For the quality, I really don’t think it’s worth it, and I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Wrong items showed up"
I placed my order and what arrived wasn’t what I had on my receipt. I checked the confirmation email too, and it was definitely supposed to be something else. I reached out hoping they’d fix it, but nobody really helped or followed through.

"I don’t know why, but I just didn’t trust it"
I don’t know why exactly, but the whole site just felt kind of sketchy to me. Nothing about the experience made me feel confident, and I wouldn’t feel comfortable using them again.

"Not much to choose from"
I went on there hoping to find a few specific things, but the selection felt really limited. A lot of the categories looked almost empty, so after clicking around for a bit I just gave up and left. I did reach out and support basically said something like, “we’re working on adding more items soon,” which is fine, but right now there just wasn’t enough there for me.

"Showed up a bit damaged"
I ordered from limolin.com and it arrived with one corner damaged and the box kind of crushed. I think it showed up around last Tuesday, or maybe Wednesday, I don’t remember exactly, but after waiting for it, that was disappointing. It still works, so I’m not making a huge deal out of it, but it definitely wasn’t what I expected. Customer service also took a while to get back to me. Not the worst experience ever, just frustrating.

I ordered this from limolin.com thinking it would work in my room, but once it arrived, it was a different story. The size felt a lot more awkward in person than it looked online, and now the room feels tighter than it should. I probably would’ve made a different choice if the measurements had been easier to understand. The return process hasn’t exactly made things better either, so overall, not the best experience

"Payment was a total mess"
I tried paying on limolin.com and the whole thing was a joke. The payment kept failing, but my card still showed a pending charge, which instantly made me nervous. No clear error message, no quick help, nothing. Just a bunch of useless runaround from a site that feels like it was put together by amateurs. Super annoying, and I don’t feel safe trying again.

"Setup was such a pain"
Putting this together took way, way longer than it should have. The instructions were not clear at all, and some of the parts just didn’t line up right. I kept having to guess what to do next, which got really, really frustrating. i wouldn’t buy this again.

"Felt Outdated at First Glance"
